Michael Harrigan
Former Lincoln Park Mayor
It is with a sad heart that I inform you of the passing of one of our long-time residents, and former Mayor and Councilman, Michael Harrigan.
Mr. Harrigan served as Councilman for Ward 2 from 1977 -1978 and again in 1983 - 1989. He proudly served as Mayor of Lincoln Park from January 1987 through December 1990. His public service did not stop there, he served numerous terms on the Planning Board between 1994 and 2017.
Michael's wife is former Ward 2 Councilwoman, Ellen Harrigan.
Mike always had a smile and hello for everyone, he will be missed.
