Centennial Time Capsule"a container storing a selection of objects chosen as being typical of the present time, buried for discovery in the future”
The Borough is collecting items to include in the time capsule which will be buried on the grounds of Centennial Park in the Fall of 2022.
We are asking for assistance from residents for contributions of photos, newspaper articles, and any other memorabilia that is from 2022. All items, (with names, dates & descriptions), should be submitted to the Recreation Dept by September 5,2022.

BAG BAN BEGINS MAY 4, 2022NJ is Banning Plastic Bags and
Grocery Store Paper Bags
On May 4, the state's law banning plastic bags and polystyrene foam food-service containers goes into effect. Grocery stores will be prohibited from using paper bags as well. The state DEP recommends reusable bags. Visit the website for info. |

July 2, 2022 - BEACH PARTY AT THE LPCLLincoln Park is continuing the Centennial Celebrartion with a Special Concert at the Lake on July 2nd. The BENJAMINS will take the stage from 3pm-5pm for some summer fun! Beverage and food trucks will be on-site as well as many other surprises.
Admission will be open to all LP residents, BUT tickets are required, WATCH THE WEBSITE AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA FOR UPDATES.
