Get your exercise in at our Centennial 5K Run / ALS Walk for Sal and then head down to the Lincoln Park Community Lake for SAL DAY, a community picnic sponsored by the Lincoln Prark Fire Department.  

Online registration for the 5K Run / ALS Walk ends tonight, October 12 at 11:59pm. 
If you miss the online deadline, you can still submit a paper registration to the
Recreation Dept thru12noon on Friday, October 14,
or see us on Saturday morning at the LP Train Station for SAME DAY REGISTRATION.
Registration Fees received after 12noon on Oct 14 are $35 and shirts are for the first 200 registrations are not guaranteed.

Registration for SAL Day is separate from the 5K Run / Walk. 
You may also purchase tickets through the Rec Dept or the Fire Dept. 

Start line is on Park Ave across from the train station.  Course continues down Park Ave to Ryerson Road all the way to the Comly Road, (just before the LP Lake).  Make a left onto Comly and continue to Bog & Vly.  The new course eliminates the Comly Road Bridge, William Street, Randolph Street, Pleasant and Washington.
