 INSTALLMENT PLAN AVAILABILITY

BE ADVISED that State law requires residential customers to be offered an installment plan for any water/sewer arrearages accruing between March 9, 2020 and March 15, 2022. Installment plans are available for up to 12 months.  To maintain the installment plan, a residential customer must ensure that accounts are up to date on all current charges. Should any current charges from March 15, 2022 forward not be paid within 30 days of the regular due date, the installment plan will be rescinded.  More information is available by emailing utilitybilling@bolp.org. Sewer liens that were sold before January 1, 2022 cannot be included in the installment plan...

Water / Sewer Account Information

 Now you can access your tax, water, and sewer information and pay online.
Transaction fees are charged and collected by the banks and credit card merchants associated with the transaction type. The Borough of Lincoln Park DOES NOT collect any transaction fee. View your Account Information.

OPTIONS TO MAKE UTILITY PAYMENTS

  • Payment can be mailed to: Borough of Lincoln Park Water/Sewer Department, at 34 Chapel Hill Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035
  • Drop in the Payment Box: Drop Box - Available 24 hours, located on the front of the Municipal Building left of the Community room doors. (Cash payments are not permitted in the drop box.)
  • Online Bill Pay: Click Here
  • ACH Direct Withdrawal- We offer an ACH bank draft program (direct withdrawal) to our taxpayers. This service assures your payment will be received in a timely manner as well as providing a safe and secure way to pay your taxes and utility bill without the worry of mail delivery or coming in to pay in person. If you would like to enroll in this program, please complete the entire authorization form under Forms above.

Per Ordinance: 461-2. ACCESS TO HYDRANTS: 
No person shall obstruct free access to any public fire hydrant or open or close or draw water therefrom without permission, in writing, from the Department of Public Works and Utilities, except in case of fire, when the Chief of the Fire Department, his assistants and officers and members of the Fire Department shall have free access to the same for the purpose of extinguishing fires.
